Not a computer virus but a throat virus. I was sent home from work last Tuesday by one of my bosses who was worried about me and wasn’t well enough to go back until today. I also had to miss last week’s Stitch & Bitch So, the box opening is delayed for a little while. So are some of my emails, including some KnitCast ones.<\/p>\n
There is a new edition of KnitCast though, over at the KnitCast Blog<\/a>. <\/p>\n While I was off I knit a pair of socks in Lynn H’s<\/a> ColorSport Sock Yarn<\/a>. They’re in the "In The Garden" colourway which isn’t available anymore. However, Lynn’s Jo’s Garden<\/a> and Happy Day<\/a> look a little similar. I can’t wait to take a picture of these socks because Lynn’s painting is extraordinary. These are wonderful socks. <\/p>\n I’m now knitting socks from some yarn from Over The Rainbow Yarn<\/a>s and I think it’s just the wrong colour choice for me. I think it’s called "Nite Rainbow" but it’s a very dull colourway and I seem to have enough for two pairs of socks. I may trade the rest as I’m sure someone would love it, I just have an urge for something brighter. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
