My reading took a hit, I worked throughout, but I couldn&#8217;t always relax enough to read for pleasure.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Here&#8217;s my <a href=\"https:\/\/www.goodreads.com\/user\/year_in_books\/2020\/?ref=2020yyib\">Good Reads Year in Books<\/a>. Surprisingly I still managed to read over a hundred books. And as I do every year I think about the books I didn&#8217;t get to! Ridiculous but there it is. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I have much hope for this year, not just for reading, but gardening, cooking, some decorating and, once it&#8217;s much safer, traveling again.  <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I think we&#8217;re all very relieved to have 2020 behind us.
