Why it’s an iPod cosy!
I love this little bat button
I got him and two of his brothers at The Knitting and Stitching Show last month.
The cosy is knit from some Brazilia Color in shade 105. I cast on 24 stitches as in the pattern. It was knit in the round on two needles. Then I cast off the stitches on one side and knit a flap. When it was time to create a button-hole I cast off four stitches in the middle of a row and then recast them on the next. After that I knit a few more rows before casting off the flap. All that was left then was to sew the bottom up.
I don’t think I like some of the changes that Typepad have introduced. It now seems really difficult to centre things.
That Ipod cover is fabulous! I’m so jelous of those bat buttons!
Lynn told me that there is a guild trip to A show in Esher on jan 23rd, fancy it?

Okay – that really inspires me.
I now have to make a sexy little home for my Palm.
Gorgeous.
I love that ipod cover – you have inspired me to knit one of my own.
It’s nice to see a fellow knitting journalist – I work on the ‘Street of Shame’ in London!
